Marigold Mushroom Lamp

A squat mushroom lamp with a domed metal shade and a chunky stem in a glossy enamel, offered in burnt orange, chocolate brown and a creamy off-white. The shade throws light down in a warm pool and bounces a halo up the wall, which is exactly what you want from a 1970s bedside. It is a small, cheerful object with real weight to it, and the chrome rim and smoked-glass diffuser are the details people notice.
