Hearth Pine Bookcase
The Hearth is a wide, low bookcase in knotty solid pine with a beaded back panel, a scalloped apron and three adjustable shelves behind an open front. It comes in a warm honey wax or a chalky cream paint that is rubbed back at the edges by hand. It is the sort of piece that holds the cookbooks in a kitchen or the games in a family room, and looks like an heirloom either way.
