Bellamy Terracotta Serving Platter
A long oval platter in red terracotta clay with a hand-painted border of white dashes and dots, glazed only on the inside so the rough clay shows at the edge. It carries roasted vegetables, a whole fish or a spread of mezze from oven to the middle of the table. Earthy, textured and a little sun-faded, like something carried home from a market.
