Deià Raffia Sun Hat

A wide-brimmed sun hat hand-braided from natural raffia near Deià, with a soft, slightly wavy brim and a cream cotton band tied at the back. It packs flat in a suitcase and springs back, gives real shade over a long lunch by the sea, and looks right with a linen shirt dress or a striped swimsuit. The braid is a little irregular because it is made by hand.
